Clipse, No Malice and Pusha T

Clipse, No Malice and Pusha T

Virginia hip-hop duo Clipse became staples in the Southern Hip-hop scene for their blend of grimy, cocaine drenched gangsta rap and pop-rap. Composed of brothers No Malice (formerly Malice) and Pusha T, the group became affiliated with fellow Virginia Beach production group The Neptunes, who produced nearly all of their albums.

After over a decade, the brothers went their own ways. No Malice had a profound religious conversion which led him to make primarily Christian music and Pusha T signed to Kanye West's GOOD Music label where he currently resides as president.

After years of lyrically feuding with Lil Wayne and Birdman of Cash Money records eventually, the feud trickled down to Cash Money protege Drake. The feud escalated in 2018 after Drake responded to Pusha T's subliminal shots on Infraredwith his song Duppy Freestyle. Pusha T's response, The Story of Adidon, tarnished Drake's already eroding reputation amongst hardcore hip-hop fans and exposed him to the public as a deadbeat father.
